Refund policy

High Roar Productions Refund Policy

At High Roar Productions, we value our clients and are committed to delivering high-quality services. To ensure fairness for both parties, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Initial Deposit:
   - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to reserve your slot and begin the project. This deposit covers the time, effort, and resources invested in starting the project.
   - If the client chooses to cancel before the work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus any transaction fees.

2. Cancellation Before First Draft Delivery:
   - If the client cancels the project after work has commenced but before the first draft is delivered, no refund will be issued for the initial deposit.
   - However, no additional payments will be required, and the client will not be charged the remaining 50%.

3. After First Draft Delivery:
   - Once the first draft is delivered, the client has the right to request up to one major revision included in the service. No refunds will be issued after the first draft delivery as the bulk of the work has been completed.
   - In cases where the client is dissatisfied with the first draft and wishes to discontinue the service, we will not issue refunds, but we are happy to discuss potential adjustments or additional revisions at discounted rates.

4. Final Draft:
   - Once the final draft is delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be granted, as the service is considered complete.
   - If any issues arise with the final product, we are committed to working with the client to resolve any reasonable concerns.

5. Project Delays:
   - If delays occur on our end that significantly impact delivery timelines, the client has the option to request a partial refund or extension at no extra cost.
   - Delays caused by the client, such as delayed communication or feedback, will not be grounds for a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:
   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are open to discussing refunds on a case-by-case basis for situations like medical emergencies or family crises.
